- Confirm the same source works outside TVLok, if you have another legal player.
- Tell us whether the issue happens on live TV, movies, shows, catch-up, or multiview.
- Send the channel or item name, but do not send private provider passwords.
- TVLok can fix player bugs, but it cannot replace third-party content sources.
If the paid TVLok software itself is not working as described, tell us that clearly and include the steps above. We will investigate the app issue and review any billing request under the purchase terms and applicable law.
