TVLok may only be used with playlists, provider credentials, and media sources you are legally authorized to access. Do not use TVLok to access, organize, or distribute unauthorized copyrighted content.

TVLok is not affiliated with IPTV providers, broadcasters, channel owners, leagues, studios, or platform stores unless explicitly stated in writing. App features depend on your device, network, source quality, provider limits, and account plan.

TVLok stores your account, subscription, device, and sync data so the app can work across your devices. Playlist credentials are used only to connect to the sources you add.

We do not sell hosted channels or monitor what third-party content is inside your sources. Cloud sync is optional through Pro features and can be limited by your plan.

TVLok Pro is a software subscription for app features such as sync, profiles, backup, recording, timeshift, and multiview. It does not include TV channels or content access.

If you have a billing problem, contact support before filing a chargeback so we can review the account, payment, and activation status. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension as allowed by law and payment-provider rules.

We reserve the right to contest payment disputes we believe are fraudulent or abusive, including by providing account, activation, device, checkout, and support records to the payment processor or card network. Where permitted by law, we may also seek recovery of fees, losses, or unpaid amounts caused by fraudulent disputes.

TVLok does not host media content. If you believe TVLok services are being misused, send a clear notice with your contact information, the affected rights or issue, and enough detail for us to identify the account or material involved.
